HISTORY
HomeBank Texas is a full-service financial institution with offices located in Dallas, Rockwall and Seagoville. Formerly known as Seagoville State Bank, we were founded in 1952 by W.A. Waldrop. The Bank was located in the “Old” Downtown Seagoville area where a tradition of serving our community and customers with courtesy and genuine concern was established.
In 1995, HomeBank Texas acquired the Buckner State Bank located at 3637 N. Buckner Boulevard in Dallas. HomeBank Texas continued its growth in 2000 by establishing a Loan Production Office in Rockwall. In June 2008, the LPO was converted to a full-service Branch now located at 105 East Ralph Hall Parkway.
Today, HomeBank Texas remains an independent, family-owned Banking facility committed to meeting the community’s needs while providing the highest level of customer service.
